Our team members with write access are not able to access agent insights to view detailed session traces.
How do we grant access as a project admin? I would have assumed that even read access would have access to agent insights?
Hi @D3x_Ops you need to be an admin to see observability data. The data is not available to those with read or write permission.
Although I list that as a requirement in this blog I wrote, I can’t find that fact in the documentation at all.
I’ll work with the docs team to get this documented, apologies for the confusion.
