Is there a way to handle iPhone call screening? How do we differentiate it from the voicemail detection? Does AMD support this?
So basically when AI agent speaks with the call screening, how should we handle it and differentiate it from the voicemail detection?
we are using custom warm call transfer implementation, it has voicemail detection in consultation room..
so when iphone screening answers it just hang up the call. how to handle this iphone screening while voicemail detection runs parallely.
