I need to access the past 6 months of session duration data by room names. Is this possible via the Analytics API on the Scale plan?
The Analytics API requires the Scale plan, but the start date must be within the past 7 days:
If you need data for a longer period, you should download and store the data yourself on an ongoing basis.
Hi there, we didn’t realize we needed to download and store the data ourselves on an ongoing basis, and now we need to access the data from the last 3 months. How do we go about it?
Hi @Angel_Alvarado_Robledo, I am afraid the API only supports querying data from the past 7 days, there are more details here: Analytics API | LiveKit Documentation
Maybe if you talk directly to LiveKit support they can provide a special data extraction.
