Cartesia Sonic 3.6 availability in LiveKit Inference

Cartesia released Sonic 3.6 today. I tested cartesia/sonic-3.6 through LiveKit Inference, but received:

TTS model not found in list: cartesia/sonic-3.6

Is there an estimated date for Sonic 3.6 support? Will LiveKit expose both cartesia/sonic-3.6 and the pinned cartesia/sonic-3.6-2026-08-27 snapshot?

I thought we did support this, I remember there were a couple of requests last week…

OK, I see what has happened. You can access this through cartesia/sonic-preview as when it was added the model was still in preview. Now 3.6 is released, I’m sure a separate 3.6 label will be released shortly.
