We do also have [Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - #11 by darryncampbell](https://community.livekit.io/t/frequently-asked-questions-faq/46/11) which is a more reliable way of reporting outages than Slack, since it’s easy for us to miss the Slack posts.
