# Getting 701 ICE candidate error

Error with ICE candidate:701 Address not associated with the desired network interface. turns:turn-livekit.dev-mursion.com:443?transport=tcp . tcp 172.20.0.10:7881 host (private)

Although its a public eks cluster.

Can’t really help much but that address you shared is a private IP not a public IP
