# Intermitten connection issues with connecting to Livekit

Status page is green but we are seeing intermitten connection issues - both in local development and in our production environment we are seeing timeout’s on connecting to livekit rooms.

Here’s a bit of what we are seeing in logs -  
livekit\_api::signal\_client:287:livekit\_api::signal\_client - signal connection failed on v0 path: Timeout(“signal connection timed out”) {“pid”: 33387, “job\_id”: “AJ\_PSrEHJtSoamb”, “room\_id”: “RM\_7yMdfRARguwD”}

The room connection was not established within 10 seconds after calling job\_entry. This might mean that job\_ctx.connect() was never invoked, or that no AgentSession with an active RoomIO has been started. {“pid”: 33387, “job\_id”: “AJ\_PSrEHJtSoamb”, “room\_id”: “RM\_7yMdfRARguwD”}

Hi, I also see you raised a service outage report, but I’ll respond here.

Do you have agent logs you can share? Even if it’s just in DM. [Where to find your Agent Logs | LiveKit](https://livekit.com/blog/agent-logs)

Interested if you are seeing any more detail around that timeout.

As of right now - we experience no connection issues.

We reproduced it 45 minutes ago, so whatever you changed on your end seem to have resolved it 🙂 THANK YOU! 🙇

That’s great, I believe this was related to [LiveKit Status - Degraded Connectivity Issues – EU (Frankfurt)](https://status.livekit.io/incidents/gsmppvmdskpr).

For future reference, it would be nice to see a status update when you realize the issue and not when a fix it under way 🙂

🙂 It’s a fair point, and we try. Sometimes the engineering team are so quick to roll out the fix, we haven’t had a chance to update the status page.
