Is SIP IP allowlisting available on the free Build plan?

Hello, we are developing a voice agent and would like to connect Netgsm as our SIP trunk provider. We are using the free Build plan.

The documentation says allowed_addresses requires project-level activation by LiveKit support. Is this available on the Build plan? If so, how can we request activation when our account only has community support access?
