Is there any way to recover my LiveKit project/code from LiveKit infrastructure?

Hi everyone,

I recently lost my laptop, and unfortunately I lost the local codebases of two projects I was working on with LiveKit.

The problem is that I don’t have a copy of the source code on GitHub, GitLab, or any other repository. The only copy was on my laptop.

I was using LiveKit cloud for my voice AI projects, including things like:

  • LiveKit Agents
  • SIP
  • LiveKit rooms
  • Voice AI agents
  • LiveKit server/Cloud

I still have access to some of the LiveKit account/project resources and configuration, so I’m wondering:

Is there any possibility that part of the codecould be recovered from LiveKit infrastructure, logs, deployments, or other LiveKit-side storage?

I’m particularly interested in recovering:

  • Agent code
  • Python source files

If there is any official way to recover or inspect data associated with a LiveKit project/agent, I’d really appreciate some guidance.

I can provide the relevant project/account information privately if needed.
