# Latest Livekit server image with 'Latest' tag is having vulnerabilities. When and can we get the new image with all fixes

Hi Team,

There is a Livekit server image with ‘Latest’ tag is older than 2 months. [Image Layer Details - livekit/livekit-server:latest](https://hub.docker.com/layers/livekit/livekit-server/latest/images/sha256-3f41c45a5ac23b12789e359724708d6490d6968b01b19d21ee17b98244104d64)

Latest image is having vulnerabilities e.g. CVE-2026-24051, CVE-2025-15467,CVE-2026-26014, CVE-2025-11187,  
CVE-2025-69420

How can we get it fixed in latest image version and when?

There’s a ‘master’ tag that is more recent (4 hours ago): [Image Layer Details - livekit/livekit-server:master](https://hub.docker.com/layers/livekit/livekit-server/master/images/sha256-3af08ed07054f93f4feb9e6ec25d4c810c06fa719fc062511a5965efc9b1c280).

I’ll ask the team about tagging a more recent version

Just spoke with the team, apologies it’s been a while since the latest tag, they are currently working on some prerequisites, then we will be able to cut another one.
