Hello LiveKit Team,

I’m building a startup focused on AI-powered voice agents for businesses across multiple sectors.

Our current use cases include:

• Healthcare — hospital appointment booking and patient enquiries
• Automobile — sales conversations, lead qualification, and test-drive booking
• Real Estate — lead qualification and site-visit booking

We are building our real-time voice-agent infrastructure using LiveKit and plan to continue using LiveKit as we expand into additional verticals such as e-commerce, EdTech, and consumer services.

I recently came across the LiveKit Startup Program and would like to understand the application process and eligibility for our startup.

Could you please guide me regarding:

  1. Eligibility criteria for the Startup Program
  2. Application/onboarding procedure
  3. Credits and other benefits available
  4. Whether early-stage/pre-revenue startups are eligible
  5. Whether I can schedule a short call with the LiveKit startup team to discuss our product and expected usage

There is a form to fill in on the startups page - the program has been very popular so I’m afraid we aren’t able to offer calls prior to application.
