Noticable drop-pff in quality & stability

Hi all, we’ve been using LK for a while, but we’ve noticed a drop off in quality and stability of video calls in the last few months.

We’ve gone from zero messages about quality to a few messages per day saying that they’re going to leave our service.

Is this something you’re aware of? Can we do anything on our side to improve this?

I’ve not heard this. But I will ask other folks on the team about it. I know you mention video calls but can you go into anymore detail about the quality issues? Is this Audio, Video, Both?

Any other bits of information you can share about the issue.

Do you have a session ID for a session that went particularly bad?
