# Session not found, not ending, consumed my entire free trial

Can anyone please help, I am so lost rn. This room, I cannot find on CLI or through APIs. Its active and consumed all of my minutes. I have no idea why? I cannot kill it, stop it. Nothing.

I am unable to contact support as well. My aim was to use LiveKit to build enterprise graded live streaming platform. This is so irritating. Why I cannot just remove this session and where the hell is it active??

I’m not sure what is going on with that session ID, but it looks like it’s no longer part of your session dashboard, and it’s not contributing to the minute count at [Sign in | LiveKit Cloud](https://cloud.livekit.io/projects/p_/billing), so it looks like the immediate issue is resolved.
