Using Custom Domain for SIP URI on LiveKit Cloud Instead of sip.livekit.cloud

Hi LiveKit team,

We are currently using LiveKit Cloud for our voice agent setup and need to share a SIP address/URI with our customer so they can configure their SIP connection from their side.

At the moment, LiveKit provides SIP URIs in this format:

sip:<id>.sip.livekit.cloud

We wanted to check whether it is possible to use a custom domain/subdomain instead, such as:

sip:<id>.sip.mydomain.com

This would help us provide a more branded and customer-friendly SIP endpoint.

Is custom domain mapping for SIP URIs supported on LiveKit Cloud? If yes, could you please guide us on the required configuration steps?

That is not currently support on the build plan.
