1. The newly added proactive greeting doesn’t work

I notice you’re using a Realtime model (based on your other thread yesterday, but also the code snippet you gave above). The generated speech in the PR is here:

agents/src/workflows/warm_transfer.ts

And uses a session.say(). Realtime models do not support say() which is why you’re not getting the greeting.

2. A feature request for proactive briefing rather than proactive greeting

Maybe I’m not following, but the greeting speech can be defined to be whatever you want it to be
