# Where can I set region pinning?

Hi Yossi,

You need the scale plan to enable region pinning. If you already have that you may contact livekit support on mail and tell them which region you would like to pin your agent to. To my knowledge there are no clickups (at least not when we did it) so that would be your best bet.
