Is there a feasible approach to enabling adaptive interruption handling for the real-time model as well?
Good question. Currently we do not support realtime models with adaptive interruption handling.
Does Livekit plan to support this for realtime as well in the future?
I am asking because we are using livekit-cloud, and most of our clients use the Realtime model.
They have been facing this issue for a long time and are asking for a solution.
Like custom VAD in realtime if we could use this, it will be super beneficial.
I’ve heard it discussed. I expect if there is enough demand for it could be raised in priority. I let the team know you are are interested in it.
Currently it is not in the next cycle but I will be sure to let them know again of your interest.
