Agent silence Gap

Hey Guys, I wanted to flag an issue. The agent said “Before” and suddenly stopped responding. After a few seconds, it restarted the response from the beginning.
Could you please check what might have caused this?

Strange, and the first “Before” isn’t showing up in the agent’s transcript.

I’m not sure what caused that, it looks like a TTS issue as the interruption was detected, then the TTS span starts but the audio doesn’t come through for a while.

You’re showing WARN logs for your TTS also, from Cartesia. If this reoccurs I’d suggest looking into that as the root cause, e.g. updating the plugin version, moving to LiveKit inference, changing the model, changing the provider (in increasing order of change)
