Hello! I need help diagnosing a failed LiveKit Cloud agent deployment.
Agent: jj-phase1
Agent ID: CA_oCE2juTtF8mM
Region: eu-central
Failed version: EjvXdQSnH3xb
Git commit: 741446c4992e9f6c50a09cd16c627442d522bfa9
Version created: October 11, 2026 at 12:32:51 UTC
The API reports this version as Failed with active=false and no successful deployment timestamp. The current version remains TYffu29jZQnB (commit 1f17655), while deployment status is Build Failed with replicas=0.
However, lk agent logs --log-type build returns a log ending with “Deploy complete”. That log contains no version ID or commit, so I cannot determine which attempt it belongs to. ListAgentVersions provides no failure reason, and ListAgents returns no events.
Opening the failed version’s details in the dashboard repeatedly produces “Something went wrong”. This also happens after disabling the new project overview.
Could you please retrieve the failure reason and build/deployment logs specifically for EjvXdQSnH3xb, and advise how to recover the agent? Additional information: the agent’s Versions page shows “Something went wrong” on both my Windows laptop and my iPhone. User settings also show an unexpected error on Windows.
Occasionally, the failed version’s details appear briefly before the page crashes. They show “No logs for this deployment” and “Errors (0)”. I have attached a screenshot.
Local checks passed: TypeScript compilation, the agent build, and all 319 tests. With dummy credentials, the agent reached the registration step against a local test server. The Linux Docker image has not been tested locally.
Could you please investigate both the dashboard errors and the failure of version EjvXdQSnH3xb for agent CA_oCE2juTtF8mM?
