I am encountering a new issue with session transcription and would like your help in resolving it.
Issue: A candidate completed a full 1-hour session, however in the session report under the Chat History section, only one entry is recorded — which is the agent’s first transcript. None of the subsequent conversation turns are being captured or saved.
Expected Behavior: All conversation turns throughout the session should be logged in the chat history.
Actual Behavior: Only the first agent transcript is recorded. All remaining turns are missing.

Business Impact: Our platform is currently in production and we rely entirely on the session report for evaluating candidate results. If the chat history is incomplete or missing, it will:

Directly impact the accuracy of candidate evaluations

Lead to incorrect or unfair results for candidates

Cause serious damage to our company’s reputation and business operations
This is not acceptable in a production environment. We need full visibility into every conversation turn without any exceptions. A partial or incomplete session report is a critical failure for our use case.
We request this to be treated as a high priority issue and urge you to investigate at the earliest.
