The title says it all really, we are seeing a massive increase in “**failed to generate a reply: generate_reply timed out.” (**10s timeout) and “update_chat_ctx timed out” (5 second timeout) and we are not sure of the root cause. We also upgraded livekit-agents Python SDK from 1.5.2 to 1.5.12 around then, but I cannot see how that could be related. We have raised a support ticket with OpenAI but interested if it is just us affected as their status page shows no issues.
