I guess the most straight forward way would be to have a LiveKit agent dial into a teams call.

I’m not aware of any documentation of source for this (I can’t find any previous forum users talking about it other than yourself)
The suggested approach would be for your agent to dial in as a SIP participant to a Teams call, presumably though the SIP gateway, Plan SIP Gateway - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
