Is Assembly Universal Pro 3 streaming HIPAA compliant in livekit inference? I see that older Assembly models are supported, but are the newer ones?

Just got a confirmation that it being missing on our HIPPA page was an oversight. We will get that updated.

Thanks! @CWilson Does this generally apply to most inference providers? For example: the HIPAA page only specifies google/gemini-2.5, but are the 3.0 models also compliant?

That page should list the HIPAA-compliant ones. If they are not on there, then I don’t think we consider them to meet our compliance standard on our platform. I am out of my depth on this question beyond that. @Thomas_Shapland will likely have a better answer.

Yes, the Gemini models are all compliant.
