We had an instance of a run where it took an agent 4 minutes to respond to dispatchAgentToRoom(). This seems to be a one off thing but I’d like to get to the bottom of it. I can provide more logs + the session id/project name if anyone is able to look into it. Thanks!
What plan are you on. If your one a free plan maybe it is cold start?
@CWilson on the ship plan right now, I’m pretty sure it’s not cold start cause we ran about 15 minutes before and it was fine - but also I’ve never had it take 4:30 to spin up an instance? I can message you more details as I said if that would help.
Right if you are on ship plan it should not be a cold start problem. You have a session for a room that had the issue? Are you using a unique room name each time?
