I have followed up multiple times upgraded myself for scale plan i am looking forward to move onto enterprise plan no one is ready for an answer to my issues please assist been struggling to make it live from almost 1 week now
alot of latency at times and when we increase bots to around 100 it takes really long technically 8-10 sec for agent to start talking its really a mess now need to fix urgently

Maybe this is a scale issue? I see this is a self-hosted agent and your comment, when we increase bots to around 100 it takes really long technically 8-10 sec, implies you are doing a scale test. Did you see this documentation, Self-hosted deployments | LiveKit Documentation ?
