Persistent emails saying limit reached on unused project

I got this email saying I reached the limit on observations for this project but I have agent observability off for all my projects including this one AND this project hasn’t really been used. We created it for future use but haven’t used it at all

I’ve gotten 37 of these in the past 3 days, anyone know how I can make it stop?

37 in the past 3 days?! Sorry, that sounds very annoying and clearly something is wrong.

I checked your 3 projects associated with your email and all 3 have observability disabled.

Can you answer me a few questions please:

  • Are you receiving emails for all your projects, or just this one?
    • All 37 are for this same project? p_1cfn7toccc1
  • When did you disable observability on this project?

Hi!

I’m only getting emails about this particular project, not the others. And I never enabled observability on two of the projects (including the one I get the emails about). The other one is older, I think I may have enabled it at some point last year but quickly disabled it.
