Request for review: Respeecher TTS plugin

Hello!

We opened PR livekit/agents#3233 to add Respeecher TTS support to LiveKit Agents. The PR has been open for a long time, and we’ve just rebased it, updated it, and addressed the latest Devin review comments today.

Could someone from the LiveKit team take another look and let us know whether this is something you’d consider merging?

I also saw the FAQ guidance for new plugins: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - #16 by darryncampbell . We’ll follow that advice and prepare a 3d party hosted plugin plus integration guide as well, so our users could use it while the PR is open.

Hi, thank you for your contribution and yes, that FAQ guidance would be the best way forward - it doesn’t make sense to block your users waiting for the PR to merge. Once you’ve done that, let me know
