I am using Telnyx to SIP trunk to my AI agent.
In Telnyx the SIP trunk Anchorsite is Ashburn, Virginia, which is in US-EAST.
However, the agent observability logs shows that the SIP trunk is coming from US Central with locaiton unknown.
Is this a Livekit SIP trunk bug? Any suggestions how to colocate them?
It’s not possible to force your traffic to colocate, the call should arrive at the closest endpoint to the caller (Telnyx), so the obvious question is why did it land in a different region…
In the PCAP, it looks like the call is coming from Telnyx at 192.76.120.10, in the SIP INVITE which geolocates to the Chicago area, which will be why the call lands at our US Central region.
