Twilio CPS error

Hi,

I’m using Twilio SIP Trunking with a Live Kit agent to place calls, and I’m encountering this error: unexpected status from INVITE response: sip status: 500: Trunk CPS limit exceeded. Region: us1. Our Twilio account has a CPS limit of 5 and Twilio also maintains a queue on their end, why am I still receiving this error?

That error is coming from Twilio and not LiveKit. Check your Twilio account and possible contact their support about the issue.
