I have a voice agent deployed on a custom server connected to EU Livekit Cloud. Sometimes, it does not switch from the agent speaking to the user speaking state, even when the user audio is clearly audible. I am attaching a screenshot of the agent analytics where the user speech is not recognized.
That’s strange, almost like there is some issue with turn detection.
The first thing to look at is whether there are any clues in your agent logs when this happens: Where to find your Agent Logs | LiveKit
