I was planning on using Livekit Cloud in my deployment. however I see limits of concurrent agent sessions are set to 20. Does that mean I can only have 20 users at once using the platform given that they each have their own agent session?
Yes, on the Ship plan, it would be 20 concurrent active sessions.
