Hello guys, Im building an agent using nodejs but the tasks is not available yet , when livekit is planning to release the feature? is there any timeline for that or still under planning ?

Okay, thank for the clarification , can i know how many of the important features are still not available in node? because we are planning the release by April, our team is comfortable with node but If node blocks us we can choose python instead, waiting for your reply
It’s a fair question, and I know Node.js has been consistently behind Python in terms of feature releases. We are hearing this same concern from other customers, and one of the team’s initiatives is to close that gap. The team are making progress, 1.0.41 introduced TTS aligned transcripts and 1.0.43 introduced fallback for inference, for example.
