Admin unable to access Settings - Error ID 1151173688

I am the admin for our LiveKit Cloud account. I am unable to access the Settings page for LiveKit Cloud. I only have 1 Project, p_5cu9k7rotpp. The error is:

Please check whether our account has a backend configuration/entitlement/state issue blocking the Settings page.

Additional info:
We are on the Scale plan.
I am the account Owner.
No option for direct Support appears on my LiveKit Cloud dashboard.

This was resolved separately by LiveKit technical support.

Now that the issue is resolved, do you again see the option to contact support? It should be below the ‘Report service outage’ option you used to originally report this issue to support.
