We operate an existing production application using LiveKit Cloud. Its current server credentials still work: authenticated room operations and a separate synthetic audio/video test succeeded on September 11, 2026.
However, the existing project does not appear in the project selector of the account we can currently access. That account shows only a newer project. We cannot reliably identify the original sign-in method or administrator account.
We need to recover administrative access to the existing project to review its quotas and configure an additional webhook for a new application. We want to preserve the existing application, webhook, and credentials without interruption.
Could you please direct us to the private, secure ownership-verification and account-recovery process? We can provide the project URL privately through your verified support channel. We will not post API secrets, access tokens, patient information, or application logs publicly.
