I need help recovering access to an existing LiveKit Cloud project that is still active but no longer appears under the identities I can currently sign in with.
Existing project: authentic-live-dc66rf85.livekit.cloud
Expected email: hello@authenticlive.art
GitHub username: dogwar123321
The project itself appears intact:
- My application still has working project credentials.
- Authenticated LiveKit Room Service and region-discovery requests succeed.
- The project recently hit its connection-minutes quota, which is why I need dashboard access.
The problem appears to be account/workspace identity linking:
- Signing in with GitHub username dogwar123321 now maps me to an Apple private-relay email identity.
- That account originally showed “Create your first project.”
- I created one temporary test project only to see whether the existing project would appear afterward. It did not. The old project is still not visible in the project selector.
- Signing in by email with hello@authenticlive.art recognizes the account and shows “Welcome back.”
- A fresh magic link reaches “Confirm your login”, but the final step consistently returns “Unable to sign in.”
- The same failure occurs in a clean Safari Private session.
- The most recent failed login attempt was August 30, 2026, approximately 7–8 PM EDT.
I also have prior GitHub security history showing that LiveKit Cloud was authorized through GitHub account dogwar123321.
I do not clearly remember whether the original workspace was first created through GitHub authentication or email authentication.
Could a LiveKit team member please help restore access to the workspace containing authentic-live-dc66rf85.livekit.cloud, or relink that workspace to the correct identity?
I can privately verify ownership using the existing project credentials or another verification method you prefer. I will not post API secrets, tokens, magic-link URLs, or other credentials publicly.
Thank you.
