I am writing to report a critical issue with our AI calling agent.
Despite having a timeout set for 3 minutes, several of our calls have exceeded 180 minutes in duration. It appears that the receiver is playing an Arabic message followed by a beep for the entire duration of these calls. As a result, we have already been charged by Twilio for these extended durations.
Could you please investigate urgently what is happening and why the timeout is not being enforced in these instances?
