We are currently experiencing a critical issue within our console integration built on LiveKit and would appreciate your assistance in investigating the matter.
We have identified a discrepancy in call state reporting: Twilio indicates that certain calls remain in a “ringing” status, while LiveKit reports that the same calls have already ended. We would like to understand the potential causes of this inconsistency and how it can be resolved.
Additionally, we are observing a significant number of inbound calls with a duration of approximately one second. These calls are terminating immediately upon receipt, which is materially impacting our customers’ experience.
