Your logs show: “not dispatching agent job since no worker is available.” This means LiveKit received the room’s agents: [{ agentName: "my-agent" }] request, but no running agent server is registered and available to accept the job. As a result, the participant connects briefly and then the session closes.

When a user joins a room with an agent configured, LiveKit dispatches a job to an available agent server. If none are registered or below their load threshold, dispatch fails. See Server lifecycle and Self-hosted deployments.

Are you running your agent server process right now (locally or deployed), and is it connected to the same LIVEKIT_URL, API key, and secret as this room?
