Agent is not joining the room

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with one of our rooms where the participant successfully joined, but the agent did not join the session.

Below are the details:

Room Name: 2ac92029-7f0a-4d90-94b3-ec73b5b5c8ad
Room Session ID: RM_PmCzFyAmjdvb

The participant connected without any issues, but the agent failed to join the room. We are unable to determine the root cause from our side.

Could you please help us investigate this issue and let us know the reason for the agent not joining?

Not an official livekit rep, but is the agent dispatch job request coming to the agent server when this is happening?

@AI_Arjun ‘s question is a very good one… I see the job assigned to the agent but then immediately ending. Perhaps check your agent logs around this time, more info: Where to find your Agent Logs | LiveKit

Just seen you also raised this as a support ticket and I spoke with Jon who is handling the ticket. Will mark this thread as resolved but investigation will continue in the support ticket.
