Is Adaptive interruption HIPAA eligible?

We’re looking to enable the new Adaptive Interruption Handling [0] feature.

We noticed the HIPAA Eligible Services [1] page lists specific LiveKit Inference models (STT, LLM, TTS) but doesn’t explicitly mention the adaptive interruption model. Since the audio may contain PHI, we want to confirm:

1. Is the adaptive interruption inference endpoint covered under the BAA?
2. If not currently, is there a timeline for HIPAA eligibility?

Yes, it’s covered by BAA. There is a PR in progress to add it there. Thanks for the heads up.
