Is UsageSummary reliable for client billing with OpenAI Realtime?

Can the LiveKit UsageSummary be considered a reliable metric for billing clients based on their usage, especially when using OpenAI Realtime?

The token usage values come from the model provider. Assuming they are feeding accurate values, it should be reliable for billing purposes.
