Not able to download room session

Hi Team,

I am unable to download the room session recording. When I click the download button, it downloads a file of only 22 bytes and when I try to unzip it, I get the following error:

**“The archive is empty or contains no readable items”

Room : RM_Srexx5fAFS4Q**

Could you please look into this?

Not sure why that would happen. Can share those with LiveKit support?

Thanks for raising, this is the same issue as Agent insight export - I have escalated to the team. Looks like it is happening for a very low number of rooms but apologies this room was affected.

The team have implemented some changes and this session should now be downloadable.
