We’re running LiveKit on Azure AKS with outbound SIP calls via Twilio.

Calls normally work fine but today we hit an issue where a SIP participant’s PUBLISHER transport gets stuck in an infinite ICE restart → reconnect → ICE fail loop that never recovers.
