Currently observing SIP connection timeouts on inbound calls. Currently observed over 1000 call failures

Any urgent help on this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have seen multiple people in the slack community posting about the same issue, to muy knowledge Livekit is working on a fix

Hi all, this was LiveKit Status - Inbound SIP (Twilio/UDP) Degradation | US East . Apologies for the inconvenience.

We do also have Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - #11 by darryncampbell which is a more reliable way of reporting outages than Slack, since it’s easy for us to miss the Slack posts.
