Hi Team,
I noticed that all the static IPs here: Configuring firewalls | LiveKit Documentation are the same for each region, is that correct? I have whitelisted these IPs in MongoDB and getting a connection timeout.
Thanks!
Joe

Yes, that’s correct. The EU, India, and US regions currently share the same static IP blocks: 143.223.88.0/21 and 161.115.160.0/19, as listed under Static IPs in Configuring firewalls.
Those static IPs apply only to LiveKit services (Realtime, SIP signaling/media, and Webhooks). They are not the outbound IPs of your application or agents connecting to MongoDB.
Thanks Darryn, is there any static IPs for agents?
The team are aware of this requirement and it’s on the backlog.
I just double-checked internally and there is no ETA yet for this, sorry.
This will definitely be implemented at some point, we see this request from a number of customers.
