Is it possible to have a static IP in Brazil?
We are using LiveAvatar (from HeyGen) which uses LiveKit behind the hoods, on a browser voice to voice interactive simulation.
One of our client is a large Brazilian state-owned enterprise, which has a requirement of having a static IP in Brazil for their network configuration, instead of the standard dynamic IP.

We only currently support static IP ranges for EU, India and the US : Configuring firewalls | LiveKit Documentation

There is no technical reason why this can’t be done. If you could please fill out the contact sales form at Contact sales | LiveKit that lets us know there is real demand for this, and it can be prioritised accordingly.

Even if I pin the region to sa, I still can’t get a static IP for that region?

That’s right, region pinning is related by separate, we couldn’t guarantee the IP range
