Traffic routed to stale/ghost agent after deletion (not visible in CLI or dashboard) (US-East Outage Context)

During the recent US-East outage, I redeployed my agent multiple times via CLI. I then deleted all deployments.

Current state:

  • CLI shows no deployed agents

  • Dashboard also shows no active agents

However, there is still a stale/ghost agent:

  • It automatically joins the room when a user connects

  • It does not appear in CLI or dashboard

  • All traffic is being routed to this instance

  • My newly deployed agent receives zero traffic (no join logs, no activity)

What I’ve tried:

  • Multiple delete + redeploy cycles via CLI

  • Verified state via CLI and dashboard

Expected:
No agent should be running after deletion, and new deployments should receive traffic.

Actual:
An untracked agent instance continues to handle all traffic.

Request:
Please check project p_lxxt2sksjjd and p_443npvjqcvj for any orphaned/stale agent instances and advise how to fully clear them or reset routing.

We are looking into this.

This is fixed now. Can you try again?

Thanks @CWilson! I can confirm it has been fixed now.
