I am trying to integrate inbound voice calls to an AI agent using a LiveKit SIP trunk. However, all incoming calls result in a 404 Not Found response.
For my WhatsApp Business phone number, under its voice configuration, I have configured the LiveKit SIP trunk URL. When making an inbound call to that number, I receive a 404 – SIP trunk not found error. I have properly configured the SIP trunk and dispatch rules, but I am unable to see any logs in LiveKit.
I need assistance on how to connect WhatsApp directly with a LiveKit SIP trunk without using any intermediate provider.
I believe WhatsApp only support Opus codec and LiveKit SIP does not support that codec.
