we have issue with rooms that are real clise we dont see them as open in the cli but in the web they represented as active event if they are realy closed
this effect our pricing and show false data and you are charged by false data
we have check logs and saw the user real exist from the room

We do not charge for the room duration
Can you try clicking on duration to be > 24hrs and see if the room duration gets corrected
In these sort of cases, the cli can be assumed to be more reliable. I also see some other similar reports and the team are working on a fix.
As CWilson says, you will not be charged for this duration, and the figure will eventually be corrected by our reconciler in the event of these spuriously long rooms.
