I was looking at our billing page today and noticed that our ai coustics usage seems very high. Nearly 7k minutes from less than 800 agent session minutes. Am I reading this wrong?

That being said, I do notice that the pricing page states $0.0012/min whereas your billing page states $0.12/min, so I’ll flag this with our billing team
